We feel it necessary to make this statement, especially for those that view our graphics on slower connection speeds. We do not make it a practice to compress our images in order to speed up load time of the pages. Degrading of the images when compressed is especially noticable on lower color displays . This is a GRAPHIC site, and we therefore assume that you are here to look at graphics, and should expect a little longer load time when viewing our work. For this reason, load times of some of the sets may seem longer than normal to you. It is our hope that you find the few seconds wait time worth the while, so that you may view our work in their original quality condition
If this is your first visit here, please allow us to explain our terms of use and our services. Our specialty is graphic design. Our designs are not free. Some of what we offer is linkware, and some are only available for purchase. Designs that are for purchase only, will be clearly marked as such. All other designs, may be used, provided you follow our terms of use, and provide a link back to our index page using a logo on the same page you use the images on. We also do not allow under any circumstances, altering, changing or mutiliating of our designs. The images in 'sets' are exactly that; a group of matching images that were designed to be used together. We do not allow mixing and matching our sets. If you are in need of individual backgrounds, or design elements those items are available in specific areas of the site. Linkware graphics are available for use on your personal site. If you are a company or business, and are interested in using any of our designs, please contact us to inquire about business licensing of our graphics. Please do not link to our graphics. Download them to your computer and upload them to your server. Linking to our images is theft of bandwidth and all offenders will be found out and dealt with accordingly. Our graphics may not be included in collections for distribution, either online or any other electronic media, nor may they be used in mailing lists or for stationery. These are the only things we ask of you, which really is a great deal for you, considering the time involved in creating our work.
We offer only original designs, so if you are looking for graphics that have been assembled using clipart, or pictures found on CD's or in gallery's you will not find those here. All images, including those used on the pages of this site, are copyrighted© and all copyright© remains with Grahics By CandeeKis©. If you are interested in custom grahics please contact us.
For anyone that still feels it necessary not to comply with our terms of use, and uses any of our designs outside the scope of what we have stated here, it will be assumed that you intentionally stole them and legal action may ensue. You may then, be liable for legal expenses, as well as being charged full price plus 50% for the graphics you used without authorization.
