IMPORTANT TERMS OF USE FOR OUR TUBES & PSD IMAGES!
NONE of our Tubes or PSD's (this includes the free sets we offer) can be shared, distributed or passed around in ANY group! You can make your own tags, sigs etc. WITH the tubes, and do what you want to with what you make FROM the images, including sharing YOUR finished tags with your friends and groups but by no means can they be shared with other people or groups. Sharing the links to ANY of the files is also prohibited. We do log each download and can track anyone that is inappropriately accessing files ~ we will take drastic means to both block you permanently from the site, as well as come after you with a vengence via legal means! Please don't make the mistake of thinking that we won't, because it can be a VERY costly venture for you! We have the means and the motive, if our terms are not followed! Please take this warning seriously. We do, and the law is on our side, regardless of whatever stories, knowledge, or advice your net-buddy's may have filled you with. Check out the laws on your own and make certain you understand them! In short....this means NO SHARING!

*Please Note* We offer immediate download for our tubes, but it is important that you understand if you purchase more than one set of tubes, you need to purchase them individually, otherwise PayPal will only forward you to ONE of the download links. Please purchase each item separately if you want to be assured of immediate downloading of your product. If you do not do this, and I am not available to provide you the product manually, (for instance I could be out of town for a few days) you may also have to wait until I return! Once your payment is made, don't close your browser window. Pay Pal should re-direct you to your download page. Closing your browser when you complete your payment, will prevent you from being directed to your product! Just be patient and keep your window open! Our Download process has changed as of 12/24/04 - in that to get your download link you MUST provide a VALID email address that your link will be sent to, and the link will be valid for 3 hours only! We dont re-validate links so download your products promptly. We have resorted to these measures due to an ongoing problem with theft of our products. Don't worry....its just one more step added to the download process and shouldn't be an inconvenience. We will closely evaluate the effectiveness of this method, and if necessary will additionally require customers to register with our site in order to purchase our products. We hope this doesn't become necessary, as we would like this to be a place you can come to buy products with the least amount of trouble possible. Make note of the above notice regading unblocking your Spam Blockers too!!
