Screen Capture In PSP
Getting a capture of an image is easy to do. The first thing I do is open up a 'second' copy of PSP, so that you have 2 windows open with PSP.
In your second copy of PSP click on "Capture" at the top of the screen and make your settings as follows. Make sure that "Area" and "Right Mouse Click" are marked. If you wanted to do a full screen capture then you would change your setting accordingly. There are other setting that you can experiment with later, but lets just do a simple capture for now.

Now go back to "Capture" in your 'second copy' of PSP and click "START". Your 'first' version of PSP should open up automatically at this point. With the image open, that you want to get the capture of, right click your mouse on the image. You'll notice that the cursor changes to crosshairs. Now....click & release (left mouse button ) on the upper left corner of the image your capturing, and move your mouse to the lower right of the image ~ then click and release again. Voilla !! You have a screencapture of your image ! Save it in the file format you choose.
Alternative method of Screen Capture
There is a second method of screen capture that is almost TOO easy ! You need nothing more than your keyboard and PSP ! Suppose that you wanted to capture something you saw on the internet, for example. All you need to do is make sure your PSP program is open and minimized on your desktop. With the screen active that you want to capture, hit the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard. ( its that one that is just to the right of your F-12 button on the top row of your keyboard ) Now go to PSP and click EDIT/ PASTE AS A NEW IMAGE. Voilla !! Your screen capture appears ! Now you can resize it or crop it to suit your needs.
